Your portfolio is backed by the knowledgeable supervisors, leasing/real estate agents, and secretaries experienced in investment property, all joined by an accounting department with long time employees (up to 18 years). Equity Capital Management and Realty was incorporated in 1974 by our founder Bob Davies. It has remained family operated; a company of pride; a company of ethics, leadership and excellence.
